posting this again with this caption to describe how i feel and to acknowledge the people who were in my life that i loved that passed this year:
my photos are autobiographical. it’s sort of a new year’s shoot. im holding a picture of my mom who passed this year. in the background, on the left dancer shoe, i have a photo of gemma @kali.tragus that i got at her memorial service this fall. she was one of my best friends and passed in april. in the bottom right corner of the bathtub is her white candle from the memorial. ❤️ my coworker and dear friend, marcy, @marci_playground also passed away, in september, and although i have nothing of hers to show, she is in my heart and perhaps appreciates the dancer shoes in my photo, i know she would ❤️ (at Albany, New York)
